Top things to do in Tampa Bay for the week of Nov. 28-Dec. 4

Barbra Streisand: The living legend performs Wednesday at Amalie Arena in Tampa ($99-$510). .

Boat parades: Friday night, the St. Pete Beach Boat Parade starts at Blind Pass Bridge and heads south to the Bayway Bridge, while the Tarpon Springs Lighted Boat Parade on the Anclote River follows bayous and ends with Santa in Spring Bayou. (727) 942-562. Saturday, it's Dunedin's turn with the Holiday Boat Parade and Tree Lighting, when decorated boats will travel south down the Intracoastal Waterway to the Dunedin Marina. Date night

Music: Tuesday, saxophonist Dave Koz and special guests will capture the magic of Christmas at Clearwater's Ruth Eckerd Hall ($35-$100), while Christian pop duo King and Country bring their Christmas tour to the USF Sun Dome in Tampa ($25-$38, $75 VIP). Saturday, the 1975 headline 97X's Next Big Thing at the MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre in Tampa ($35-$85.60).

Into the Woods: The Broadway musical that intertwines the plots of several fairy tales comes to Tampa's Straz Center Tuesday-Sunday ($29-$83). strazcenter.org.

Cirque Musica Holiday Spectacular: The show featuring a live orchestra, acrobats, aerialists and holiday cheer swings through Amalie Arena on Saturday ($25-$85). amaliearena.com.

Shanghai Nights: The Shanghai Acrobats of the People's Republic of China perform Saturday at the Straz ($33-$45). strazcenter.org.

Kids and family

Santa: It's all about the big guy on Saturday. The Santa Fest and Christmas Parade at Tampa's Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park starts at 11 a.m., and Snowfest and Santa Parade in St. Petersburg begins at 10 a.m. on Central Avenue and Fifth Street and ends with snow and activities at North Straub Park. Free.

Rudolph's Miracle on Cleveland Street: Clearwater's Cleveland Street District is dressed in white for this holiday event featuring a skating rink, Santa and a free concert by the Fixx. It begins at 5 p.m. Saturday, on the 400 block of Cleveland. Free; some activities require a wristband ($8). $29-$49 VIP includes priority seating and two drinks.
