Tampa International Gay and Lesbian Film Festival 2015: Kiss Me, Kill Me: This year's festival has an ambitious slate of films — 87 in all, from 25 countries. The Palladium's opening night film — presented free of charge — is an exercise in gay noir. Director Casper Andreas, writer/producer David Michael Barrett and actor Van Hansis are expected to introduce the film, and join the after-show party in the theater's cabaret.
