Gasparilla Music Festival: The hip music fest continues today with New Orleans great Trombone Shorty, Jason Isbell, Tea Leaf Green, Matt Hires and more. There's also a family area and food from top restaurants. It's at 10 a.m. at Curtis Hixon Park, 600 N Ashley Drive, Tampa. $30-$150.

A Bronx Tale: Actor Chazz Palminteri brings the original one-man show written for him to Clearwater for one performance at 2 p.m. at Ruth Eckerd Hall, 1111 N McMullen-Booth Road, Clearwater. $35-$55.


Family Favorites Film Series: This series lets you show the kids movies you liked when you were their age. Today it's The Muppets Take Manhattan, celebrating the 30th anniversary, at 3 p.m. at Tampa Theatre, 711 Franklin St., Tampa. $10, $8 12 and younger.


SERIES PREMIERE Cosmos: A Spacetime Odyssey, 9 p.m., Fox Celeb scientist Neil deGrasse Tyson fills Carl Sagan's role in a fancy-pants exploration of the Big Bang and the scientific mysteries of the universe.
