#CookClub Twitter chat tonight!

Join us for the first #CookClub Twitter chat tonight from 7 to 8 p.m. EST. What's #CookClub? Think book club but rather than reading books the members make the same recipe and then compare notes via Instagram and Twitter.

Our first recipe is Quiche Lorraine so tonight we'll be sharing tips about making crusts, worthy substitutions and which pans give the best results. Even if you haven't made the recipe, join in on Twitter by following #CookClub.

We'll be talking cooking every Thursday from 7 to 8 p.m. Our next recipe is Red Lentil Chicken Soup. Recipe and video tips at tampabay.com/things-to-do/food/cooking. Make the soup and post your comments and photos to Instagram by 6 p.m. Oct. 6. Then we can compare notes about how different our results are.
