It doesn’t get much easier than this mustard sauce, which has just four ingredients.

I enjoy the mustard sauce that accompanies the salmon at Ozona Blue (a restaurant in Palm Harbor) and would like a sauce to make at home. Thank you.

Lyn Wood of St. Petersburg often makes salmon, and this mustard sauce is one of her favorite sauces to serve with it. It's easy to whip up, making it perfect for spur-of-the-moment occasions. There are only four ingredients, so it's likely you will have them all on hand. The olive oil and lemon juice help thin the mustard to make it more like a sauce.

Use this sauce over grilled salmon. It would also be a nice sauce with a pan-sauteed chicken breast. For a nice presentation, sprinkle chopped dill over the dish.

Mustard Sauce

1/2 cup Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil

3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

In a medium bowl, stir together the mustard, lemon juice, oil and dill until well combined. Serve immediately.
