Green Bench Brewery prepares for opening in St. Pete

St. Petersburg craft beer lovers are ready to welcome two new breweries to downtown. Green Bench Brewing Co. will be at 1134 First Ave N in St. Petersburg. It's a production brewery with a tasting room set to open in mid September. An outdoor beer garden also is planned. Meanwhile, toward the east, Cycle Brewing, which had originated at Peg's Cantina in Gulfport, is readying a new tasting room and brewery at 534 Central Ave. It's scheduled to open at the end of July.
