Aquatica water park offers $19 tickets through Dec. 31

Aquatica, SeaWorld's water park in Orlando, is offering $19 single-day admission tickets through Dec. 31, a big drop from its normal $55 admission price. There are limited quantities of the $19 tickets available each day, so you have to plan early. Sound chilly? The water park keeps the water temperature at 82 degrees, and as Florida residents know, the outside temp can often go above that even during the Christmas season. The park features a Dolphin Plunge — sending riders down a clear tube that plunges through a lagoon inhabited by dolphins — twisting rivers, raft rides and side-by-side wave pools, sandy beaches and up-close animal experiences. The offer is only available online, and is limited to six tickets per transaction. Each ticket requires a name that must match with photo ID upon park entry. Tickets will be date-specific and only valid on the date selected. Visit aquaticaorlando.com. — Sharon Kennedy Wynne, Time staff writer
