Casting Crowns, MercyMe in Disney's Christian music lineup

Disney World has announced Christian mega stars Casting Crowns, MercyMe, Mandisa and more have been secured for its 2014 edition of Night of Joy, a two-night Christian-music event at Magic Kingdom next fall.

Performing on Sept. 5 will be Building 429, For King & Country, Hillsong United, Matt Maher, Mandisa, Chris Tomlin, The Neverclaim and Matthew West. On Saturday night, Sept. 6, will be Casting Crowns, Colton Dixon, Israel Houghton & New Breed, MercyMe, Britt Nicole, One Girl Nation, Skillet, Rhett Walker and We As Human.

Night of Joy is an after-hours event, requiring a separate ticket from regular theme-park admission. Tickets are not yet available, and prices have not been announced. The 2013 tickets were $55.

Disney has held the event at its theme parks every year since 1982.
