Christian stars MercyMe to give free show after Bucs game

The theme of the Bucs' final home game Dec. 15 against the San Francisco 49ers is "faith and football," so Christian superstars MercyMe will perform the National Anthem and deliver a free concert following the Tampa Bay Buccaneers game — and there's a big price break on tickets for kids. Defensive tackle Gerald McCoy will be on hand following the game to deliver a personal inspirational message, and fans will then be treated to a live concert featuring the multi-platinum band Grammy-nominated band (I Can Only Imagine). The team is offering 50 percent off ticket prices for youths 16 and under while supplies last. See to purchase tickets and for additional information. Tickets for the 1 p.m. game start at $35 at Raymond James Stadium, 4201 N Dale Mabry Highway, Tampa. — Sharon Kennedy Wynne
