Tuesday afternoon's free admission to the Glazer Children's Museum also promises a fun-filled and informative focus on child abuse called Pinwheels for Prevention. From 2 to 7 p.m. Tuesday this national campaign to prevent child abuse before it starts will feature free admission to the museum, a special appearance by the Berenstain Bears, the national "spokesbears" for Prevent Child Abuse America, and the planting of a pinwheel garden as a reminder of the happy childhoods all children deserve. Nearly 20 local service providers will be present to distribute information on local resources for children and families. Families can also enter a raffle to win a three-month family membership to the Glazer Children's Museum just by visiting each of the informational tables. The museum is in Curtis Hixon Park at 110 W Gasparilla Plaza, Tampa. (813) 443-3861.
