Humane Society offers Christmas Day pet delivery by 'elves'

This year, your family's newly adopted pet can be delivered right to your door on Christmas Day by a team of honorary "elves," thanks to the Humane Society of Pinellas. "Santa has asked the Humane Society of Pinellas to help him deliver pets on Christmas," the organization's news release says. Any dog or cat adopted from the organization Dec. 19-23 is eligible for special Christmas delivery. The $100 Santa fee includes delivery on Christmas morning and a pampered pet package including a collar, food dishes, a toy, treats, and more. Delivery area includes Pinellas County, Holiday and New Port Richey. All standard adoption criteria and fees apply. There's a limit on how many pets can be delivered Christmas morning, so pick your pet early. The Humane Society of Pinellas is located at 3040 SR 590 in Clearwater.
