Blues singer Julie Black to perform in New Port Richey

Get a load of some awesome local talent as Julie Black brings her sultry vocals and original songwriting skills to the New Port Richey Public Library for a free concert 6 p.m. Thursday. Black first caught the notice of Blues Review Magazine with the 2007 album release of Call Me Angel for Blues, followed by 2010's You Just Might Win.
