Last week Beethoven. This week Beatles. Don't you just love what the Florida Orchestra can do? On Friday, its popular rock series resumes with the Classical Mystery Tour, a night of spot-on singers re-creating 30 Beatles hits, including Penny Lane, Yesterday and Eleanor Rigby. Fab costumes, too. It's 8 p.m. at the Mahaffey Theater in St. Petersburg; $35-$75; (727) 892-3337. But few things are more popular than the orchestra's free Pops in the Park concerts. On the program are classics and movie and show music, always ending with the 1812 Overture and fireworks (Vinoy concert only). It's quite the scene. Gorgeous weather. And don't be surprised when your neighbor pulls out a white tablecloth, foie gras and nice bottle of red. If you don't bring a picnic, shown above, you'll feel left out. Two performances: 7 p.m. Saturday at St. Petersburg's Vinoy Park and 7 p.m. Sunday at Tampa's River Tower Park.
