About Davis Islands
Davis Islands, made up of two islands at the mouth of Hillsborough River, is a quiet, mostly residential area. It’s home to the Davis Island Yacht Club and several blocks of restaurants, bars and stores along E Davis Avenue, such as the Pink Flamingo and Yeoman’s Road Pub. During Tampa's annual Gasparilla pirate invasion, this neighborhood offers some prime viewing of the boats coming up the channel.
