Participants will learn how to assist those who are experiencing depression, anxiety and mood disorders; trauma; substance abuse disorders; and psychosis. There will be role-playing to help participants apply skills in real-life situations.
The annual family friendly race features a flat cross country 5000 meter course with large oak trees providing maximum shading. Includes T-shirts provided to pre-registered runners. Refreshments served after the race. Registration begins at 6:30 a.m.

Take a guided walk along the trails to discover why the preserve has been called "Our Wildest Place.'' Wear closed toe shoes, hat, bring water. Children younger than 16 must be accompanied by adult, and younger than age six may find the hike challenging.
Vendors and collectors display a variety of model trains, tracks, accessories, and more. The show also features a running train and videos for kids. Food will be available for purchase.
