Romantic comedy ‘Baggage’ opens Nov. 9 at Stage West

RECOMMENDED READING

The romantic comedy Baggage opens at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 9 at Stage West Community Playhouse, 8390 Forest Oaks Blvd., Spring Hill. Shows will continue at 7:30 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and 2 p.m. Sundays through Nov. 19. Phyllis Novack and Bradley Naughton are single for a reason — they are both difficult to live with. Their paths cross when their luggage gets mixed up at the airport. When they meet up to exchange bags, disaster ensues.

Sam Petricone stars as Bradley, and Betsy Glasson as Phyllis. The show is directed by Terry Stenger. Supporting roles are played by Ernie Rowland as Dr. Jonathan Alexander, the therapist, and Sheryl Roberts as the Phyllis’ friend, Mitzi Cartwright. Tickets are $20 for adults and $15 for students. Call the box office at (352) 683-5113.
