If you've ever been on line at the DMV and ready to go ballistic, the plot of Stageworks Theatre's new play may speak to you. Ten Percent of Marta Solano, a comedy by Richard Strand, chronicles Marta's trip to the DMV to get her address changed. She finds herself mired in red tape and creeping ever closer to the edge as she tries to prove she's really alive.
