Tim Allen bringing standup tour to Clearwater

Tim Allen is returning to his standup comedy roots and bringing his tour to Ruth Eckerd Hall on July 2. Best known for his role as Tim Taylor on the sitcom Home Improvement, Allen currently stars as Mike Baxter in the ABC sitcom Last Man Standing. He also found movie success as the voice of Buzz Lightyear in the Toy Story franchise and as the big guy in the Santa Clause series. Despite all that G-rated success, his standup show is "for mature audiences only." Tickets range from $49 to $115 and go on sale Saturday at noon at the Ruth Eckerd Hall ticket office at 1111 McMullen Booth Road in Clearwater or by calling (727) 791-7400 or online at RuthEckerdHall.com.
