Busch Gardens is celebrating World Lion Day Saturday and Sunday at the park's lion habitat at the Edge of Africa, where visitors can see the lions discover wrapped presents, lick some meat ice pops and have a cake of their own, prepared by their keepers. There will be special keeper talks and appearances by all six of Busch Gardens' lions, including the three new cubs, Kembe, Shtuko and Shaba. There will also be free cake for people too, served on a first-come, first-served basis. Sunday brings a celebration of Iris and Rose's seventh birthday. The lionesses will be joined by Busch Gardens' male lion, Simon, who also celebrated his seventh birthday earlier this year. Busch Gardens is at 3605 Bougainvillea Ave., Tampa. $89 adults, $81 ages 3-9. (813) 987-5600.
