Space center brings back Florida resident deal

Florida residents can save up to $60 on admission to the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex with the return of its popular Florida Four-Pack deal. You can get four tickets for $139 (admission is normally $50 a person) to the NASA complex in Cocoa Beach where you can walk under the largest rocket ever made, touch an actual moon rock, meet a veteran NASA astronaut, experience the International Space Station and stand face-to-face with the space shuttle Atlantis. The Four-Pack is available only via a coupon found on the space center's website, Guests must present the printed coupon and proof of Florida residency at the ticket plaza to qualify for the special rate. Some new features added recently are the $100 million interactive exhibit devoted to the space shuttle Atlantis and the Angry Birds Space Encounter. — Sharon Kennedy Wynne
