"Dodie O'Keefe: A Colorful Life" is a new show at Florida Craftsmen Gallery, 501 Central Ave., St. Petersburg, that celebrates artist Dodie O'Keefe, who died in February at age 85. Her personality was as colorful as her art, and she used both in service to many area fundraisers. Because she had a special affinity for Frida Kahlo, as we see in this mask she made and modeled, the free opening reception on Friday from 5:30 to 8:30 will be a fiesta. The show continues through April 6. floridacraftsmen.net.
