Christina Seely’s Madrid Metropolis.

The worldwide weather patterns seem crazy all of a sudden, don't they? Whether it's global warming or natural cycles, nature has delivered a lot of surprises. "Revelations on the World as It Is: Adriane Colburn and Christina Seely" seems especially relevant in that light. Their art is environmentally based but beautiful first. Shown is Seely's Madrid Metropolis. See the show at the Selby Gallery at the Ringling College of Art and Design, 2700 N Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, through April 5.
