2Cool Art Show adds charm to Gulfport Casino

Fans of the annual summer event, the Cool Art Show, can look forward to Saturday and Sunday when the 2Cool Art Show rocks the Gulfport Casino with art and crafts made by regional artists. It's the same format — intimate and indoors with about 40 participating artists. A bonus is its location in downtown Gulfport, a charming waterfront area with shops and restaurants lining its main boulevard. Another bonus is parking is free and plentiful. The show, organized by the Professional Association of Visual Artists, is at 5500 Shore Blvd., Gulfport, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days. No pets. Free. pava-artists.org.

And do you need reminding that Valentines Day is but a week away?
