3Pinellas Pie Festival: This sweet festival returns for its fourth year in Largo Central Park with an array of pies, but also seasonal beers from local breweries inspired by pie flavors and other foods for sale. Bring a lawn chair or blanket for music from Uncle John’s Band, a Grateful Dead tribute band. There will be a pie-eating contest, of course, plus an amateur pie bakeoff contest, kids zone ($7 to play all day), a dog cooling station and a vendors village.
