This week's celeb baby news, arrests and breakups

Baby news: Breaking Bad star Aaron Paul is going to be a dad. The actor, 38, and his wife Lauren Parsekian announced the news on Instagram, with Paul posting a photo of Parsekian holding her baby bump with the caption "Hey everyone. Look what I did." This will be the first child for the couple, who met at the Coachella Music Festival back in 2011.

Baby news: The relationship between Rosie O'Donnell and her daughter, Chelsea, just got a whole lot more complicated. Chelsea, 20, announced that she is pregnant, and told the Daily Mail that her adoptive mother will not be a part of her child's life. "And no, I do not feel sad about that, to be honest," she said. O'Donnell, who lost her late ex-wife, Michelle Rounds, to an apparent suicide last week, tweeted out that Chelsea was trying to exploit Rounds' death with the timing of her baby announcement. "Michelle's death= money 4 Chelsea," O'Donnell tweeted.

Arrested: Actor James Cromwell was charged with trespassing after protesting an orca show at SeaWorld in San Diego. The misdemeanor charge could mean 90 days in jail or a $400 fine. Cromwell, who was nominated for an Oscar for his role in Babe, wore a "SeaWorld Sucks" T-shirt.

Breakups: The Hills star Audrina Patridge has filed for divorce from Corey Bohan, who she has accused of domestic violence. Patridge obtained a temporary restraining order on Wednesday. The couple have been married for 10 months and share a 1-year-old daughter.
