Dolly is responsible for assisting readers, businesses and other media outlets that call the business department. The Jeffreys were married on Dec. 8, 1962, at Hasson Heights United Methodist Church in Oil City, Pa., and they moved to the area in 1987.

    Robert, an Army veteran serving from 1954 to 1956, went on to have a career in banking, retiring as executive vice president at First Seneca Bank in Oil City.
