Fans with faith

While Major League Baseball team owners meet in New York to discusswhether players will be locked out this week, fans wait in line at Al Lang Stadium to buy tickets for the St. Louis Cardinals spring training games. A couple of men even arrived early to get good seats.

Seated are Carl Dooley, 80, left, who came at 7:45 a.m. and Albert Flake, 74, right, who arrived at 8:30 a.m. Baseball owners have said they will not open training camps Thursday unless there is an agreement on a new labor contract.
