Top agency executive resigns

Glen Peak, veteran executive at Ensslin & Hall/Earle Palmer Brown, resigned to start his own ad agency after hearing that he will be replaced as chief operating officer of the Tampa-based agency. Peak, president before it was purchased last year by Earle Palmer Brown, served as chief operating officer after the acquisition when Earl Palmer Brown's Dan Hofman took over as president. Now much of Peak's job will be assumed by Craig Hall, a 34-year-old senior management supervisor with Earl Palmer Brown in Philadelphia. Hall will become general manager of the agency's Tampa operation.
