A man living in Tarpon Springs on a U.S. work permit was arrestedWednesday night and charged with sexual battery. He was taken to the Pinellas County Jail and held without bail.
Police arrested Francisco Olea-Callej, 21, of 425-C E Lime St., and charged him with performing a sex act on a 5-year-old boy, said Tarpon Springs Police Detective Ron Surmin.
Olea-Callej is from Mexico, Surmin said. He has an "employment
authorization" card to work in the United States issued by the Immigration and Naturalization Service and has done odd jobs in the area. He most recently worked at a metal-processing plant, Surmin said.
