A 19-year-old man has been sentenced to two years' probation on charges that he intentionally drove his car into a group of teens, causing one teen-age girl minor foot injuries. Robert Ernest Feudi of 320 Todd Trail in Shady Hills pleaded no contest to charges of aggravated battery, aggravated assault and leaving the scene of an accident with injuries.
Amy Slicker told authorities that Feudi swerved his car into a group of students who were waiting for a bus, according to court records.
Feudi later admitted to deputies that he struck Slicker with his car, but did not think he had hurt her.
Feudi also had to pay restitution to Slicker as part of his sentence.
