The bicyclist killed on U.S. 19 Monday afternoon was a 40-year-old northern Indiana man who spent winters working in Florida, a law officer said. Robert J. Janke, of Winona Lake, Ind., took a bus to Panama City, Fla., last week and planned to travel to tnta Gorda, according to Kosciusko (Ind.) County Sheriff Ron Robinson. INVERNESS _ Floyd Bedford, the suspended Floral City fire chief, is set to stand trial Nov. 1 on a charge of intentionally setting a small fire last year. Attorneys selected a jury of five men and one woman to hear the case on Tuesday. Because of other trials and hearings already booked, County Judge Gary Graham scheduled the trial for next week. Bedford, 33, is accused of setting fire to 25 acres of land in Floral City in December.
