The cocktail hour will begin at 6 and dinner will be served at 7 p.m. Dancing will follow.

Cooke was ordained in 1965 for St. Patrick's Missionary Society in Ireland. He served in East Africa for three years before transferring to St. Patrick's Seminary in Kiltegan, County Wicklow, Ireland, where he served as a faculty member until 1979. He was a visiting fellow at Yale Divinity School and a guest professor in church history at St. Vincent de Paul Regional Seminary in Boynton Beach. He received a master's degree from National University in Ireland and a doctorate from London University in England.
Since his assignment to the Diocese of St. Petersburg nine years ago, Cooke has served as associate pastor at Christ the King in Tampa, St. Raphael's in St. Petersburg, St. John's in St. Petersburg Beach and Our Lady of Lourdes in Dunedin. He taught at the school of pastoral studies for the past seven years. He is also a director of deacons and of diaconate formation for the diocese. In April, he was appointed administrator of St. Vincent de Paul Parish in Holiday.
