First he was a Democrat. Then he was a Republican. Now he is shifting his support back to the Democrats _ or at least to one Democrat. Retiree Peter Kaminski said Thursday that he is backing County Commissioner Allan "Sonny" Safranek Jr. "because I think he's the least of two evils." Kaminski said he would not endorse Ed Collins, who beat him in the GOP primary, because he contends that the Republican Party of Pasco County illegally endorsed Collins. Bill Kontyko, of the county party's executive committee, said the committee did not endorse anyone in the primary, although members of some of Pasco's five Republican clubs may have supported a candidate.Correction
