Harwell and Jiloty Marketing Inc., an affiliate of Jiloty Communications Inc., 1510 Ridgewood Ave., Holly Hill, has been awarded the advertising, marketing and public relations contract for the Florida Gift Fruit Shippers Association. The contract calls for HJM to produce promotional materials for the association, which represents Florida's gift fruit shippers. There are more than 900 gift fruit shippers in Florida. Clarke Advertising and Public Relations, 400 Sarasota Quay, Sarasota, has been named agency for Navstar Electronics Inc., 1500 North Washington Blvd., Sarasota. Navstar, a U.S. subsidiary of Saratech Inc., is a $50-million electronics company in navigation, traffic control and data systems.


7-M Construction Co., 855 Dunbar Ave., Oldsmar, has been awarded a design/build contract to build additional training classrooms for Tampa Electric Co. at the Palm River Facility in Tampa. The company also has been awarded subcontracts for furnishing and erecting pre-engineered steel buildings of 20,500 square feet for Hillsborough County Central Stores in Tampa and 7,500 square feet for the new Palm Harbor Fire Station. Contracts on these buildings approach $250,000. The company also recently completed a 21,500 square foot facility for Billy Creek Van/Vans by Duran in Fort Myers.


Hillsborough County has renewed its agreement for professional engineering services with the joint venture of the Greeley and Hansen/DSA Group, 4350 West Cypress St., Tampa. The venture was established to assist the county with basic financial and special services. Basic services include an annual report encompassing inventory, inspection and review of water and wastewater facilities.


William E. Bonney recently announced the opening of his practice at 1105 Swann Ave., Tampa, where he specializes in individual, marital and family therapy. He is a certified court and family mediator and certified employee assistance professional.


Fisher and Associates Inc., 2139 NE Coachman Road, Clearwater, has been awarded the architectural commission for the 102,000-square-foot distribution center for Butler Paper, a division of Georgia-Pacific. The project, located in Orlando, will be constructed by Lakeland-based Register Construction.


The law firm of Domink, Stein, Saccocio, Reese, Colitz, and Van Der Wall and lawyers Leon Chasan, Michael J. Colitz Jr., Ralph M. Guito, III, Benjamin P. Reese, II and Stefan V. Stein have relocated their Tampa offices to Rocky Point Centre, Suite 400, 3030 N Rocky Point Drive W, Tampa.


Mercer Design Inc., 3016 Swann Ave., Tampa, has been selected to complete the Capital Campaign brochure for the Museum of Science and Industry's $35-million expansion. Mercer Design was chosen to produce a public-service announcement and print advertising for LifeLink of Florida, an organ procurement center and immunology laboratory.
