A Lotto player in Ellenton, a small town across the Manatee River from Bradenton, matched all six numbers drawn Saturday night to win a grand prize estimated at $8-million, lottery officials said Sunday. Lottery Secretary Rebecca Paul said the exact prize amount will be known today, after profits from the week's Lotto sales are invested.
More than 317,000 other players won cash prizes in the game, including 253 who matched five of the six numbers for $3,793 each. The 16,084 who picked four of six can collect $87, and the 301,113 winners who chose three of six will get $4.50.
The winning numbers drawn Saturday were 7-10-11-17-34-40. Next week's jackpot is estimated at $7-million.
