A softball tournament to benefit Monica Bush will start at 8 a.m. Saturday at Watson Park, 19th and Main streets in Dade City. Monica, a ninth-grader at Zephyrhills High School, is in Tampa General Hospital awaiting surgery to remove a brain tumor. Her parents have no insurance. Compounding the family's problems, her parents and other family members were injured in a car accident this week on their way to visit Monica. The softball tournament will have a one-pitch format with Amateur Softball Association Rules. A donation of $100 and two blue-dot softballs is the entrance fee for each team. The entry deadline is today. For information on the benefit, call Jimmy Parker at (904) 567-1935.Correction
