Fisher-Price is recalling about 60,000 of its Carriage Strollers, Model No. 9121, because they have been known to collapse with children in them, the Consumer Product Safety Commission said Thursday. Fisher-Price said it is aware of 23 injuries to children using the strollers, ranging from bumps and bruises to one broken arm. Consumers who own the stroller should call Fisher-Price at (800) 527-1034. The company will mail a prepaid package with instructions for receiving a new Carriage Stroller free. Fisher-Price, of East Aurora, N.Y., is no longer manufacturing or selling the product. Consumers should not return strollers to the place of purchase.
