1:05 p.m.: Presentation of employee service pins for June.
1:10 p.m.: F. Gaston Hall III and Wilfred E. Irish Jr. to appear before the board for discussion and appointment of one individual to the Code Enforcement Board.
1:15 p.m.: John Barnes to discuss the film industry and request approval to use county property in making a movie.
1:30 p.m.: State Rep. Paul Hawkes to discuss renovation of his office in the Old Courthouse.
1:45 p.m.: Representatives of King Engineering Associates to provide update on plans to extend County Road 48.
2:15 p.m.: Henigar & Ray Engineering to request board's consent for developer of Hampton Hills to be given special taxing powers.
2:45 p.m.: James A. Neal Jr. to appeal staff's decision denying vested rights for Golden Gate Center.
5:01 p.m.: Public hearing on an amendment to the Land Development Code Atlas.

A proposed agreement to settle the lawsuit against Citrus County filed by David Stewart and Robert Bohnsack. The suit concerned the commission's rejection of Stewart's request to use of county right of way to build a bridge to his island in Homosassa. Under the terms of the settlement, the right of way request would be granted.
