The TothsGail and Joseph Toth of New Port Richey, formerly of Allen Park, Mich., celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with 13 family members at the Sea Market Restaurant of New Port Richey.

They were married March 29, 1941, at the Hungarian Reform Church in Detroit.

Their daughter Carolyn Adomoitis lives in Fort Myers Beach, and a daughter Sylvia Shortt in Tampa. They have four grandchildren.

Before his retirement, Toth worked for the Security Bank and Trust in Southgate, Mich., for 18 years. She worked for Sears Roebuck and Company as a cashier for 18 years.

His hobby is photography and outdoor gardening. She is a homemaker.

The DiRosas

NEW PORT RICHEY _ Tina and Vincent DiRosa of Heritage Lake celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary at Seven Springs Country Club with their three daughters, relatives and friends.

Their daughter JoAnne Avella and her husband Ralph came from Tucson, Ariz.; a daughter Terry Barachuk from Dallas; and a daughter Josephine Di Gennaro and her husband, Sam, of New Port Richey.

Seven of their eight grandchildren attended. They are Andrew Avella of Hawaii, Tina Roesler of Tucson, Ralph Avella Jr. of Tucson, Debra, Michelle and Charles Barchuk Jr. of Dallas and Jessica Tortorice of New Port Richey. A granddaughter Denise Finch and their great grandson Vincent Finch of Dallas could not attend.

Her sisters Molly Russo and her husband Sal of Brooklyn, and Viola Ciranna of Lexington, Ky., and Mary Gallo of New Port Richey were among the guests and also her sisters-in-law Anita Palomba of Boston and Josie Palomba of New Port Richey.

Their daughters gave their parents a cruise aboard the "Jubilee" for an anniversary present.

They were married April 27, 1941, at Our Lady of Grace in Brooklyn, N.Y. They renewed their wedding vows with the Rev. Thomas Earner, pastor of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church of New Port Richey performing the ceremony. They are members at the church.

Before his retirement, DiRosa was a carpenter in Staten Island, N.Y., and she was a seamstress.

They are members of Heritage Lake Civic Association and he is a member of Local 1199 Hospital Workers Union. His hobby is woodworking, and they both enjoy cruising.
