We've been cooking outdoors since the first fishermen smoked their catch on Pass-a-Grille more than 200 years ago, and plenty of cooks have brought barbecue sauces to Tampa Bay since then.
So the St. Petersburg Times is collecting the best sauce recipes in the area. We'll share our sauciest finds with you before July 4.
