The roster consists of Greg Christell, Josh Postorino, Eric Harris, Mike McFarland, Alan Leford, Matt Erjavec, Jake Postorino, Faouly Davis, Pat Nolan, Sam Dunbar, Michael Bardwell, Antain Hamm and Billy Wellman. Mick Postorino and Calvin Harris are the coaches.
The state champion will advance to the national tournament, in Hampton, Va.
Orr chosen: Seminole High diver Jenny Orr, a three-time high school All-American, has been selected to compete in the Allstate Life Insurance High School Swimming and Diving Invitational June
15 in Winnetka, Ill., Warhawks coach Tom Haight said Tuesday.
Orr, a senior, is one of just eight girl divers invited to the meet, which also will feature the top eight male 12th-graders from the 1990-91 high school swim season.
"They're only taking a total of 125 swimmers and divers from out of 175,000 eligible (athletes)," Haight said. "The fact that two (Orr and Coral Springs High's Vivian Alberty) are from Florida says an awful lot about how good high school diving in this state has become."
Orr finished a personal-best second (behind Alberty) at the 1990 Class 4A state meet. She placed among the top 10 at the state meet in each of her four seasons and won four Pinellas County Athletic Conference titles and four Class 4A, District 4 championships.
