Southern Homes Group, one of Cheval's seven Featured Builders, has completed the St. Andrews, a single-family model home that overlooks the ninth hole of Cheval's championship golf course. The home, with 2,541 square feet of living area, contains three bedrooms, two baths, a study and a fireplace. Prices start at $174,400, including home site. Sliding glass doors and large picture windows are situated along the back of the home, offering views of the golf course, lake and cypress stands. The interior design, by Robb & Stucky, uses greens, blues and peach tones.

Southern Homes Group is the first of the seven Featured Builders to complete a model home in Cheval. Southern offers several other floor plans that can be built in Cheval's Estates area on a one-acre home site, in Capri on a two-thirds-acre home site or in one of two new villages: Jardin and St. Laurent.

Featured Builders Arthur Rutenberg Homes, Charter Homes and Pletcher Homes are expected to complete models at Cheval by July 1.
