Jim Courier of the United States displays his trophy after he defeated Andre Agassi in the men's final of the French Open tennis championships Sunday. Courier, 20, is from Dade City. He defeated Agassi 3-6, 6-4, 2-6, 6-1, 6-4 in three hours and 19 minutes amid rain delays and blowing dirt. After his victory, Courier flopped backward onto the court, covering himself in red clay.
