BREMERMANN, JOHN ROBERT, 42, of Tampa, died Tuesday (June 11, 1991) at home. He was born in West Islip, N.Y., and came here 15 years ago from Cocoa Beach. He was an electronic engineer for Amex Corp. of Bethesda, Md., and served in the Air Force. CARABALLO, MARINA, 74, of Tampa, died Tuesday (June 11, 1991) at home. She was born in Key West and came here eight years ago. She was a homemaker and a Methodist. Survivors include her husband, Luis; a son, Luis Jr., Tampa; two daughters, Margaret Caraballo and Eloise Avael, both of Tampa; a brother, Felix Alfonso, Tampa; two sisters, Charo Fernandez and Louisa Perez, both of Tampa; 10 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. CARROLL, SHARON, 45, of Tampa, died Sunday (June 9, 1991) of gunshot wounds. She was born in Madisonville, Tenn., and was a writer and former managing editor of the Taco Times in Perry. She was an editor of the student newspapers while attending Hillsborough Community College and the University of South Florida. She was a recipient of numerous literary awards and was a member of Lake Carroll Baptist Church. Survivors include her son, Wade Carroll, Bowling Green, Ky.; her mother, Frieda Woolverton, Tampa; a brother, Jon Woolverton, Conifer, Colo.; and a sister, Janice Black, Land O'Lakes. CREEL, WILLIAM A. "BILL" JR., 69, of Gibsonton, died Tuesday (June 11, 1991) at Humana Hospital-Brandon. He was born in Reeves, La., and came here 26 years ago from Barksdale Air Force Base, La. He was a chief master sergeant in the Air Force, serving 25 years. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Riverview and the Noncommissioned Officers Association at MacDill Air Force Base. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy; two sons, William A. III, Auburn, Wash., and Thomas D., Libertyville, Ill; two daughters, Suzette Ratliff, Riverview, and Rebecca Ann Galloway, Sterling Heights, Mich.; a brother, Wallace R., Oakdale, La.; a sister, Opel Prather, Lake Charles, La.; nine grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter. CROMER, HELEN C., 70, of Tampa, died Tuesday (June 11, 1991) at Tampa General Hospital. She was born in Roanoke, Va., and came here in 1955. She was a volunteer coordinator for WEDU-Ch. 3 for many years and was responsible for the station's auction fund-raising drive. Survivors include her husband, Samuel; a daughter, Phyllis Scarborough, Yorbalinda, Calif.; two sisters, Isabel Thrasher and Melva White, both of Roanoke; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. GRIFFIN, LEONARD H., 97, of Sun City Center, died Tuesday (June 11, 1991) at Sun Terrace Health Care Center. He was born in Passaic, N.J., and came here 15 years ago from St. Petersburg. He was a mechanical engineer and a member of United Methodist Church of Sun City Center. He was president of the St. Petersburg Art Society. Survivors include his wife, Martha; three stepdaughters, Jean Wiseman of Ruskin, JoAnn Henly of Shreve, Ohio, and Kathy Neate, Edgewater, Md.; and a sister, Alyse Patterson, Neptune, N.J. Lewers Funeral Home, Ruskin.

HORNISH, GEORGE RICHARD, 59, of Tampa, died Monday (June 10, 1991) in Tampa. He was born in Youngstown, Ohio, and came here 13 years ago from Medina, Ohio. He was an electrician in the construction industry. Survivors include his wife, Marianne; a son, Jonathan K., Tampa; a daughter, Laurel A. Altamari, Tampa; two grandchildren.
