CONSTRUCTION

Mathews Corp., 3514 Arch St., Tampa has been chosen construction manager for the Suncoast Ronald McDonald House at Tampa General Hospital. The $1.5-million structure was designed by Ranon and Partners Inc. Mathews also will be construction manager for the Canterbury Tower renovation and health care center addition. The $2.7-million structure was designed by A&E Design.ENGINEERING

Reynolds, Smith and Hills Inc., 1715 N West Shore Blvd., Suite 500, Tampa, has been selected to prepare the Allen's Creek Watershed Management Plan for Pinellas County. The nine-month project includes a storm-water facilities master plan with an ecosystem management plan to improve the environmental quality in the watershed.

JP Hotels, which owns and operates five Holiday Inns in the Tampa Bay area, has moved its headquarters from Tampa to its flagship property, the Holiday Inn Surfside on Clearwater Beach, 400 Mandalay Ave., Clearwater.
