CARNS, ARTHUR P., 76, of Holiday, died Thursday (Feb. 13, 1992) at Countryside Health Care Center, Clearwater. Born in Wilkensburg, Pa., he came here 12 years ago from Boston and was a retired building and grounds supervisor for Harvard University and a World War II Army veteran. He was a member of the Palm Grove Reformed Church, Masonic Lodge 277, Clarion, Pa., Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 10167, Holiday, Moose Lodge 1429, Tarpon Springs. Survivors include his wife, Ethel; a son, Richard Parent, Highland, Mich.; a daughter, Wendy Bratten, Norman, Okla.; a sister, Gertrude Young, Stockton, Ca.; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. CRAWFORD, ELIZABETH, 96, of Winter Garden, died Sunday (Feb. 9, 1992). Born in Manchester, England, she moved to Winter Garden seven years ago from Port Richey and was retired owner of Crawford's Grocery, Redford Township, Mich. Survivors include two nephews, Harold and Peter Hembrough, both of Dearborn, Mich.; and two nieces, Joan O'Neill, Maitland, and Jill Hembrough, Leesburg. Collison Funeral Home, Ocoee.

MYERS, DOROTHY L., 76, of Holiday, died Thursday (Feb. 13, 1992) at James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, Tampa. Born in Kewanee, Ill., she came here 27 years ago from Tampa and was a World War II Army veteran. She was a member of the American Legion, Tampa. Survivors include a daughter, Evelyn Mead, Land O'Lakes; a sister, Marjorie Miller, Hyattsville, Md.; and two grandchildren. Thomas B. Dobies Funeral Home, Holiday.

NEYMAN, JOHN E., 48, of New Port Richey, died Saturday (Feb. 15, 1992) at his residence. Born in Philadelphia, he came here 18 months ago from Delaware. Survivors include his mother, Marie Neyman, New Port Richey; and a brother, Drew, Pennsylvania. Dignified Funeral Alternatives, New Port Richey.

OWENS, SHELTON W., 72, of New Port Richey, died Friday (Feb. 14, 1992) at Riverside Hospital. Born in Caroleen, N.C., he came here four years ago from Arlington, Va. and was a retired sales representative and a World War II Army veteran. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church. Survivors include his wife, Jacqueline; a son, Michael, Fairfax, Va.; a brother, William, Forest City, N.C.; and two sisters, Janice Walsh, Hanover, Md., and Frances Kendall, Fairfax.
