African roots

Dorothy Thompson shows off her 20-foot-long garden area formed in the shape of Africa at the Dorothy Thompson African-American Museum, 1505 N Madison Ave. in Clearwater. All the plants have their origins in Africa. When school groups and clubs visit her museum, she begins the tour with a talk about Africa outside at the garden.
