2 accused of drug trafficking

HOMOSASSA SPRINGS _ Authorities on Monday arrested two people whom they described as major cocaine importers for Citrus County, records showed. Juan C. Camacho, 23, of Valrico and Orlando Colon, 21, of Brandon are accused of trying to buy more than 28 grams of cocaine from an undercover Citrus County Sheriff's Office investigator, the records said. They also arranged another cocaine deal for a later date, according to arrest affidavits. The location of the sale was identified only as U.S. 19 in Homosassa Springs. Camacho and Colon face one count each of trafficking in cocaine and conspiracy to traffic in cocaine, the records showed. They each posted $20,000 bail and were released from the Citrus County Jail late Monday.
