J. Patrick Duffy has been named president of Lee Arnold & Associates at 121 N Osceola Ave., Clearwater. He has been with the Arnold companies for nine years, most recently as senior vice president and sales manager. In his new position, he is to head the brokerage services division. Rick Norberg has been named food and beverage director of the Holiday Inn Surfside at 400 Mandalay Ave., Clearwater Beach. He previously was food and beverage director at the Holiday Inn Gulfview. A native of Glenview, Ill., Norberg has worked 10 years for JP Hotels, which owns five Tampa Bay area Holiday Inns and hotels in Fort Lauderdale and Miami, Virginia and California.
Larry McSparren has joined the sales staff of Coastal Bay Real Estate at 23 E Tarpon Ave., Tarpon Springs.
