A Tampa man arrested on cocaine trafficking charges Sunday afternoon told the deputy it was all a mistake. His identical twin brother was involved and used his name, Warren Keene reportedly told authorities. Keene went to Zephyrhills Correctional Institution to visit his father, records show. Prison officials checked the teletype and found two outstanding warrants from Hillsborough County for Keene's arrest. A lieutenant on duty called Pasco Deputy Sylvia Griffin. Once at the prison, Griffin compared photographs of Keene, 32, to those of the suspect. Because Keene matched the suspect's physical description, Griffin arrested him and took him to the county booking center in Dade City. But a later comparison of fingerprints showed Keene's didn't match those of the suspect. After about an hour, Keene was released.
